Jessica Price is a Purchasing Coordinator with over a decade of experience in municipal procurement, supplier diversity, and inclusive contracting. At the City of Aurora, Illinois, she has led initiatives that strengthened transparency, efficiency, and community engagement in purchasing. Working in partnership with the City’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Division, Jessica helped create Aurora’s Business Equity Program—an initiative designed to advance equitable access and opportunity for local and underrepresented businesses. Her work continues to focus on promoting fairness in government contracting and ensuring that equity and access remain central to every procurement process.
