Jeremy Poling

Jeremy Poling is a licensed professional architectural engineer experienced in making sustainability, health, and wellness accessible to all building occupants. His past work includes systems modeling, alternatives analysis, life-cycle assessment, and performance testing for projects globally. Jeremy has been a valued consultant on more than over 300 projects either registered or certified under the USGBC's LEED Green Building Rating System, covering over 60 million gross square feet of real estate. As one of the first members of GBCI's WELL Assessor team, Jeremy brought his building sciences background to assist in the development of an assessor model for certification reviews. Other experience includes air quality, water quality, lighting and acoustic assessments for over 40 projects pursuing WELL certification.
