Jen Worley is a registered senior interior designer and the director of interior design at BSA. Her background combines interior design, architecture and psychology to bring a holistic approach to design. She takes a human-focused approach to design and considers how each space will support or inhibit stakeholder's desired experience and behavior. Jen uses research-based principles to inform the project process. She believes metrics quantify the design outcome's value by aligning client needs and design aesthetics with the best possible healthcare outcomes.
