Jeannette Lenear Peruchini is Managing Principal and Director of Interiors for AECOM’s Building + Places group in Chicago, where she is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic growth of the office.  With over 20 years of experience in the architecture and design industry, Jeannette has played a key role in securing and managing complex projects around the world.  She has advised companies in various industries by helping them transform work, optimize place and enhance experience.  Most recently, Jeannette led AECOM’s Office of the Future initiative with the development of new Global Workplace Guidelines responding to the impacts of the pandemic on the workplace and incorporating HR policy and technology needs to support AECOM’s leap into the Future of Work.  Jeannette holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business and a bachelor of landscape architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
