Insoo Kim is the VDC Manager for Turner Construction Company's Chicago office, where he leads the virtual design and construction (VDC) team and oversees digital construction operations across a range of complex projects. With a strong background in BIM implementation, trade coordination, and model-based collaboration, Insoo plays a key role in integrating technology into construction workflows. He brings practical insights from the field - managing multi-discipline models, driving early stage coordination, and leveraging data-rich deliverables to support project teams.
