Gabi Dwyer, LEED Green Associate, WELL AP, MBA, is a Sustainability Analyst with BEYOND, HLW’s in-house sustainability consultancy. She contributes to the firm’s sustainable design initiatives by supporting certification processes, coordinating sustainability and wellness goals, and aligning project strategies with broader ESG and regulatory frameworks. She works across commercial and multi-family sectors, managing multiple projects simultaneously, including LEED and WELL certifications as well as bespoke sustainability frameworks. In addition to her project work, Gabi supports internal firm initiatives such as the HLW Healthy Materials Pledge and the Sustainability Action Plan, advancing more responsible design and construction practices.
