She oversees the Illinois Works Career Services Program for the Upstate Region, working closely with contractors, registered apprenticeship programs employers, and workforce partners to strengthen the construction talent pipeline and expand access to sustainable careers for graduates from underserved communities. With more than 27 years of workforce development experience, Enisa brings spiralized expertise in construction workforce programs, contractor engagement, and participant success.
