Elma is an IIDA Professional, NCIDQ-certified Interior Designer with twenty years of experience in workplace, mixed use, residential, and retail design. She has a strong affinity towards user-centered design approach reflected in her portfolio of hospitality-inspired designs ranging from workplace environments fostering inviting, engaging and supportive culture'to multi-family residential environments fostering a sense of familiarity and belonging.

By utilizing her rich experience along with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, Elma is able to navigate clients through the process that begins in self-discovery and vision-setting, and ends with making the vision a reality. With a passion for holistic problem-solving, she promotes the use of an integrated design process in her work, and her overall success is built on a foundation of strong partnerships with clients,'consultants and industry partners.
