With over 20 years of experience in public service, Ebonie Davis, seasoned Administrator, has dedicated her career to advancing Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and enforcing anti-discrimination laws at both the state and federal levels. Her work with the State of Illinois Department of Human Rights has centered on ensuring that public contractors and eligible bidders meet the requirements of the Illinois Administrative Code and the Illinois Human Rights Act, promoting fair, inclusive, and compliant workplace practices. She brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance, including the issuance of eligibility licenses, oversight of affirmative action initiatives, and enforcement of workplace policies such as sexual harassment prevention. Throughout her tenure as Administrator, she has conducted extensive compliance audits, provided technical guidance to organizations, and collaborated across government agencies to strengthen EEO and affirmative action programs.
