Dr. Lukas Stevens is a German-Canadian research associate at the Technology Transfer Center for Sustainable Energies (NETZ) at Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences. He holds a PhD in Urban Planning, Policy and Design and a Master of Urban Planning from McGill University. His professional background includes several years of practice in urban planning consultancy with particular emphasis on sustainable transport planning across the United States, Canada, France, and Germany. Dr. Stevens’ current research is centered on the influence of real estate pricing on sustainable municipal planning policy in the periphery of metropolitan regions.
