Dr. Devon Madon, is co-owner of Madon Sheet Metal, a union sheet metal fabrication company, and an AI workflow strategist focused on practical applications of artificial intelligence in manufacturing and the skilled trades. She helps organizations use AI to improve knowledge management, streamline operations, enhance communication, and support better decision-making without replacing the expertise of skilled workers.

In addition to leading business development and operations at Madon, Devon has led large-scale AI-supported knowledge management and workflow initiatives for healthcare technology organizations.
