Devin Lavigne, FAICP, is a nationally recognized urban planning leader and founding partner of award-winning firm Houseal Lavigne. He specializes in urban design, GIS, and 3D planning visualization using tools like ArcGIS, CityEngine, SketchUp, Unreal Engine, and Omniverse. Having directed over 200 global planning projects, Devin has pioneered the integration of technology and visualization into planning practice. His work has earned the APA National Excellence Award, five Esri Special Achievement in GIS Awards, and Esri's Most Innovative Partner Award. A sought-after speaker at major conferences including the Esri User Conference, Geodesign Summit, Nvidia's GTC, and APA National Planning Conference, Devin has also taught at the University of Illinois and Penn State. He was inducted as one of the youngest members of the APA's College of Fellows.
