Project Executive Dave Steffenhagen began his career with McHugh in 2006 as a Project Engineer. Over the years, he has managed some of Chicago’s largest and most logistically complex projects, including the iconic NEMA and 1000M skyscrapers and the reconstruction of Wacker Drive, a major infrastructure artery in the city. Dave’s diverse project portfolio spans high-end resort hotels, residential high-rises, light industrial facilities, and heavy civil structures. His deep construction expertise, combined with a strong focus on quality, budget, and schedule, has fostered enduring client relationships and repeat business. Dave's passion for construction and commitment to innovation have solidified his reputation as a leader in the industry.

In his free time, Dave enjoys spending time with his family. They are avid outdoor enthusiasts who love gardening, camping, and relaxing at the beach.
