David Belzak
David Belzak is an ICT Supervising Consultant and Associate Partner with Syska Hennessy Group, where he leads the Central Region ICT team from the firm’s Chicago office. With more than 26 years of experience across commercial and residential technology systems, David brings a broad background spanning audiovisual, telecommunications, wireless networking, and physical security design.
Throughout his career, David has held leadership positions including Regional Lead and Vice President of Operations, in addition to serving as a field integrator, programmer, project manager, and consulting engineer. This diverse experience gives him a unique perspective on both the technical and operational sides of delivering complex ICT solutions.
His project experience includes large venue and stadium AV systems, enterprise-grade high-rise networking infrastructure, and integrated physical security deployments for clients nationwide. David holds multiple industry certifications in AV, wireless design, and network security, and is passionate about creating resilient, scalable, and user-focused technology environments. He is particularly focused on the intersection of smart building technology, connectivity, and the evolving workplace experience.
