Dan Spiegel is Senior Vice President of Coldwell Banker Commercial, where he leads a network of over 2,500 commercial real estate professionals across the U.S. He has held national leadership roles at two publicly traded commercial real estate firms and brings deep industry expertise and strategic insight to the field. Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from UC Berkeley and a master’s in urban planning from the University of Illinois. He also holds the prestigious SIOR designation, awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Outside of work, Dan volunteers as a docent with the Chicago Architecture Center, where he shares his passion for design and history on the city’s renowned river cruise.
