Damon has 20 years of experience in construction and architecture, with a focus on building information modeling (BIM) and virtual design and construction (VDC). As Director of Virtual Design and Construction at Leopardo, he plays a leading role in strengthening the integration of construction technology into the company’s culture. He uses technology and process to empower construction teams to continually innovate and improve.

Damon is an adjunct professor at Northwestern University. He also previously served as an executive board member for ACE Mentor Chicago and makes regular appearances on panels within the technology and construction industry event circuit.
