Conrad Jahrling is a Product Manager at Watts, where he leads the development of Nexa, a water system intelligence platform. He combines deep domain expertise with modern product management practices to create innovative IoT solutions that help customers extract actionable insights from building water systems.

With nearly two decades of experience spanning product management, mechanical engineering, and standards development, Conrad has driven innovations for water efficiency in plumbing fittings and fixtures and software, as well as modernization of standards and code language. His current work focuses on creating and transitioning facility team expriences to use smart building technology, integrating AI anomaly detection models, network graph analysis, and digital twin technology to solve complex water infrastructure challenges.
