Chris Hamer
Chris Hamer is CEO of Aria Group Architecture + Design, where he leads the firm's strategic direction, client relationships, and executive team. Since joining Aria in 2004, he has worked across every phase of project delivery, from concept development and design through construction administration, giving him a deep understanding of both the creative and operational sides of the business.
With extensive experience in hospitality, restaurant, and entertainment environments, Chris is known for aligning design solutions with the functional and business goals of his clients. He believes successful projects are built on understanding how businesses operate, from customer experience to back-of-house efficiency.
Chris became Aria's second CEO in 2023. Prior to Aria, he worked at Holabird & Root as a technician and project coordinator. He is a licensed architect in multiple states, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and a LEED Accredited Professional. Outside of work, he enjoys music and cycling.
