Cheri Molfese
COO,
Collars
Cheri Molfese is co-founder and COO of Collars, the mobile trades career and hiring app for the skilled trades. For nearly 20 years she has co-owned and operated Crown Coverings Inc., a two-time Inc. 5000 commercial construction company. Cheri knows the hiring problem from the job site: crews to staff, deadlines that don't move, and good tradespeople who are harder to find every year. That experience led building Collars, and today she leads its operations, helping contractors across the country fill their crews with the right people.
