Charles has been an architect since 2009 and brings specialized expertise in design and construction to the Ware Malcomb team. As Practice Leader and Director of Multifamily, Charles is responsible for the growth of the multifamily practice companywide, with a focus on client service and project execution. His background includes a variety of multifamily project types such as mixed-use, podium, garden, wrap and hospitality projects. Charles strives for continuous improvement and self-accountability and enjoys working with clients to solve challenging and diverse problems. He has delivered over 12,000 units across 16 U.S. States and served as AOR in 13 U.S. States.
