Bridget Booker

Bridget Booker is a construction industry leader, entrepreneur, and workforce development advocate with more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. As Founder and CEO of Reign Construction LLC, established in 2016, she brings together hands-on trade experience, business leadership, and a vision for expanding opportunities in construction.

A union journeywoman ironworker since 2015, Bridget has built her career through skilled craftsmanship, industry knowledge, and entrepreneurship. As a woman and minority business owner in a traditionally male-dominated industry, she is committed to helping change the landscape of construction by creating pathways for others to enter, develop, and lead.

Bridget’s work is rooted in faith, family, education, and service. Through business leadership, industry advocacy, and workforce development, she champions economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, and legacy building. Her mission extends beyond constructing buildings; she is committed to building people, opening doors, and creating opportunities that strengthen communities for generations to come.

Her message: Build with purpose. Lead with excellence. Create opportunities. Leave a legacy.
