As Senior Director of Data Engineering and Operations at Clayco, he owns the enterprise data platform top to bottom: governance, semantic architecture, lakehouse, and the AI agents that actually use it. He's spent 15 years turning messy data into governed, AI-ready infrastructure, most recently championing a power user program, building a modern lakehouse, and architecting the semantic layer now powering agents that cut real time and headcount off the business's toughest questions.
