Beth Norton is a Vice President and Associate Director of Civil Engineering at Epstein. She has almost 20 years of experience in the industry and is currently overseeing the transportation and urban planning departments. Her work primarily focuses on preliminary engineering and planning of roads, highways, and bicycle/pedestrian facilities for public clients including IDOT, CDOT, and local municipalities. She has been a part of starting DEI groups at her last two companies, including Epstein. She also dedicates time outside of work serving on the Diversity committees for Women in Transportation Seminar (WTS) and American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC). Finding it most rewarding to work with and mentor young women navigating their early careers in the AEC industry.
