Antonio Holguin brings over a decade of experience across architecture, design, materials, sustainability, and technology. As Director of A&D Technology at Acelab, Antonio works with architecture and design firms to modernize how teams research, evaluate, document, and share material decisions. His work focuses on connecting technology with design practice, helping firms operationalize sustainability and build shared material knowledge across projects and teams.

Previously, Antonio held national leadership roles at Material Bank, where his work focused on sustainability, community engagement, and the evolving workplace.

Antonio holds a BFA in Interior Design from the Art Institute and a Master of Education from the University of North Texas. He is also the founder of the Texas Materials Initiative, a practitioner-led network bringing architecture and design firms together to advance healthier materials through education, transparency, advocacy, and shared learning.

Antonio is also the author of Adventure of the Arroyo Amigos, a children’s book that introduces sustainability principles and empowers the next generation to positively impact the planet.
