The Chicago Plan Commission has approved of a new residential plan based at 4600 N Marine Drive in Uptown. The proposed building will be 12 stories tall, containing 314 residential homes and 136 parking spaces. The $90 million building ticks all the sustainability boxes with green roofs, EV charging stations and 80% construction waste diversion.
