Demolition complete as construction begins on 28-storey Gold Coast development
Construction is getting underway on a 28-storey mixed-use development at 7 W. Elm St. in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood following completion of demolition at the site.
W.E. O’Neil Construction is leading construction of the project for Convexity Properties, with Goettsch Partners providing the design.
The development will include 304 residential units, about 24,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 132 parking spaces and bicycle storage.
