Construction Underway on an Industrial Facility in Chicago's Western Suburbs
Construction is underway on a Chicago-area industrial facility that could be used as a distribution center or a manufacturing hub. Bratt Capital Partners LLC is developing the 98,000-square-foot building, located at 475 Miles Parkway in Bartlett, that’s slated for delivery in the second quarter of 2023.
