Chicago has issued a $130 million building permit for a 440-unit condo/apartment tower at 234 W. Polk St. Lend Lease Construction is the general contractor for this project and the architect is Perkins + Will.

There will be 216 condos on the upper floors of the 41-story structure and 244 apartments below them. The LEED-certified building will reportedly focus on sustainability and wellness.
