Chicago Build 2025 has officially concluded, marking its most successful edition yet and setting a new standard for the Midwest’s largest construction and design show. Over two inspiring days at McCormick Place, thousands of industry professionals came together to celebrate innovation, collaboration, and the dynamic spirit of Chicago’s built environment.

On just Day One, a record 5,823 attendees walked through the doors - nearly matching the total attendance of the 2024 show in a single day. The energy only grew from there, filling every corner of the show floor with excitement and opportunity.

This year’s event featured 410 speakers across 13 conference and AIA workshop tracks, with standing-room-only sessions on majority of the stages. From major project showcases to interactive workshops, new product launches, and expert-led panels, every element of the event reflected the forward momentum driving today’s construction and design sectors.

“The atmosphere was absolutely electric,” said Lilian Ho, Marketing Manager of Chicago Build. “The excitement and energy from everyone involved - attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and our incredible ambassadors – made this year’s show truly unforgettable.”

Exhibitors and sponsors also helped set new records for engagement, with hundreds of brands showcasing the latest technologies, materials, and solutions reshaping the industry. Demand for next year’s event is already surging, with 61% of the 2026 floor plan already booked within days of the show ending; a clear sign of the value and impact that Chicago Build delivers year after year.
