Belfield, a residential development at 3924 North Lincoln Avenue in North Center, is nearing completion and welcomed its first residents in June. Longford Construction began work on the project in fall 2023, with designs created by Space Architects + Planners. The five-story, wedge-shaped building has 68 rental apartments featuring two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans.

There are commercial spaces at street level, as well as a 28-space parking garage accessed from the alley connected to Damen Avenue and Byron Street. Box planters have been installed on balcony railings along Lincoln Avenue, just as depicted in the development renderings. Fifth-floor units feature open terraces. Belfield has its own website now, where you can see renderings of the interior and see floor plans.

Tenants at Belfield reside within a one-block walk of the Route 50 Damen and Route 80 Irving Park buses. The Irving Park Brown Line elevated train platform is about a three-block walk to the east at Irving Park Road and Ravenswood Avenue. For more details visit Chicago Yimby
