Chicago’s most expensive residential rental property is set to make its real estate market debut June 28 when  LEVEL Furnished Living, a division of Onni Group, will list the two-story penthouse for an envy-inducing $45,000 a month.

The sprawling four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath penthouse is perched on the 31st and 32nd floors of Onni’s luxury building, Old Town Park, on Chicago’s North Side. With nearly 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, the fully furnished penthouse will be available for immediate move in on July 1.

Designed by Vancouver-based Design Consultant, the penthouse features luxurious finishes, hardwood and stone tile flooring, plus floor-to-ceiling windows that offer 360-degree views of Lake Michigan and the city’s skyline.

The well-appointed residence has an in-home elevator and floating staircase that lead to a private 3,540-square-foot outdoor oasis. The rooftop terrace showcases an assortment of lavish amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, spacious lounge areas, multiple dining spaces and an outdoor shower, bar and kitchen.

A formal dining room and living room with a porcelain stone-clad fireplace adjoin oversized sliding doors that open to an expansive main-level terrace that’s perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing.

The main floor also includes a den, family room and raised entertainment lounge, complete with a full-size dual-temperature wine fridge.
