Since 1974, the mission of the Home Builders and Remodelers Metro East Association has been to promote, educate and advocate for the Residential Home Building and Remodeling Industry; providing resources that support industry professionals and consumers in the communities we serve. We are In Maryville, Ill., and HBR is affiliated with the Home Builders Association of Illinois and the National Association of Home Builders in Washington DC. Being part of this strong association with a long history enhances the image of HBR and further our members’ commitment to providing excellent craftmanship and quality service. Members include not only home and commercial builders, but all other construction vendors from remodelers to security systems to window and door contractors, to financial and insurance institutions, and even marketing/advertising options among so many others. “Our members touch our communities in so many ways each and every day,” said 2023 HB&R president Mike Needles. “From helping organizations that serve our special needs community to collecting for food pantries and more - our members are the heart and soul of our community.” Our members make a difference in the communities where they live and work.
