Formally established in 2017, Black Contactors Owners & Executives(BCOE) is a 501c (6) nonprofit organization. BCOE started as an informal monthly meeting of the founding companies (LiveWire, Taylor, Evans and Rad Electric) and grew to be a mission-based organization lead by Contractors and construction industry Professionals. We are passionate about ensuring a succession line of viable and sustainable black contractors and industry professionals coming behind us, and our mission is strongly rooted in providing the industry specific resources and support to our membership that will allow them to build successful businesses.
